How Do I rent a Camper? 

To rent a Camper with Camper Express Inc. Follow these steps. Once you have a camper preference, fill out a reservation request form and we will follow up with the rest!

What are the requirements to rent a Camper?

Renters must have a valid drivers license & be minimum 25 years of age. We require all renters to fill out our insurance form prior to your rental. All forms must be approved by Camper Express Inc. in order to rent a camper. We also require a signed copy of our rental agreement. Both documents are emailed upon inquiry. Vehicles must also be equipped with a towing package/brake controller.

What should I expect with the reservation process?

To reserve a camper with Camper Express Inc. we require 50% of the rental to to be paid in order to hold your dates. Camper Express Inc. will invoice the reservation after receiving your request. Camper Express Inc. will accept cash, credit, and e-transfer. We do not accept debit or visa debit.

Do you require a damage deposit?

Yes we sure do!  A $500.00 damage deposit is required the day of your reservation. This will be returned back to you within 72 hours of the camper being returned to site, clean and damage free.

Do you supply the hitch/ball when towing? 

Absolutely! We want our customers to travel safe with the proper hook ups. We supply a weight distribution hitch with the ball and sway bars.

What if I do not have a vehicle with a towing package? Do you deliver/pick up? 

Yes! Camper Express Inc. will provide a delivery and set up service to a local destination of your choice! Delivery is offered within Windsor-Essex country as far as Wheatley for $250.00.

Is the camper available for pick up the night/day before to be able to pack for our trip?

If you are wanting to pack the camper the night/day before your trip, you will need to book an extra night. Please plan ahead as the camper might not be available last minute as an add on.

What time are the campers available for pickup/drop off if I plan to tow?

Pick-up is between 9:00am-1:00pm. As per drop off, our campers are to be back by 5:00 pm. If campers are not returned by 5pm, a late fee of $100 will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Do you allow your campers to travel outside of Ontario?

We absolutely let our campers go outside of Ontario!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! If a reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your rental date, the 50% deposit will be returned minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If there is less than 30 days notice of cancellation to the rental date, 50% of the rental is non-refundable.

Are your campers covered/insured? 

Yes! Our campers are insured.

Do you have drivable campers or 5th wheels? 

No. All of our campers are travel trailers, this means that they are towed behind a vehicle with a hitch. 

Does Camper Express Inc. book my campsite? 

We do not book your campsite; it is the renter’s responsibility to coordinate the dates. 

Can I bring my fur baby? 

At Camper Express Inc. we believe that camping isn’t camping without the love & company of the fur babies! So yes, all campers are pet friendly!

What is included with the camper? 

Each camper is fully stocked with most items you will need! We do not however supply the bedding. Renters are responsible to bring their own sheets, blankets and pillows. Each camper has slightly different stocked items. Inventory lists will be provided.
